KHT series are temperature and humidity sensor which adopts advanced and imported macromolecule humicap as humidity measuring component and Pt resistance as temperature sensitive competent. The controller can change environmental temperature and humidity to standard current and voltage corresponding. The features of sensor are small volume, light weight, high-precision measuring, prompt response speed and long time stability. 5. Reliability Test

1) Impact test: make the sensor fall free form one meter height to hard wood flooring three times. If the
sensor is without be broken or destroy, the electrical property is ok.
2) Vibrating test: vibrating in X-Y-Z axis for 30 seconds, Frequency with 10-55 HZ, Range: 1.5mm, if the
sensor is without being broken or destroy, the electrical property is ok.
3) Heating test: put the sensor in constant temperature 55¡æ and humidity 3%RH for 1000 hours, accuracy£º
¡À3%RH
4) High humidity: put the sensor in temperature 40 ¡æ and humidity 95% for 1000 hours, accuracy:
¡À3%RH
5) Temperature test circularly: 300 times circulation. Put in -10 ¡æ for 1 hour per circulation; then up to
55 ¡æ and put for 1 hour; then continue another one circulation. accuracy£º¡À3%RH/¡À0.5¡æ.
Remarks:
1) All datas are based on the temperature and humidity changing range: with 80%RH
2) After each test, the sensor should be put in normal environmental temperature and humidity for 24 hours and then continue another test.
